This qualityproduct is warranted to be free from the defects in material andworkmanship,provided that the unit is used under the normal operatingconditions intended by the seller. This warrenty is available only to the partywhom the unit was originally sold by Shenzhen Kegstar Limited

Terms of Warrenty

During the first oneyear,any parts on the kegerator purchased from the seller found to be defective;

During the first threeyears,the compressor on the kegerator purchased from the seller found to bedefective

Within the validwarrenty period

1)      The seller provides free spare parts toreplace the defective parts.The seller doesn’t provide labor service.The buyerneeds to offer and afford the labor service on his own

2)      The seller provides spare parts worthy ofaround 1% of the order value in each container for the buyer to carry out warrantyservice.

3)      For the additional parts needed forwarrenty service,they will be shipped with a container shipment going to thebuyer’s business location .If a buyer requires to ship spare these se parts byair or by express, the buyer needs to afford the freight.

Nothing withinthis warranty shall imply that the seller will be responsible or liable for anyspoilage or damage to food,beer or other contebts of this applicace or its usewhether proper or improper

GENERAL PROVISIONS

No warrenty orinsurance herein contained or set out shall apply when damage or repair iscaused by any of the following:

1)      Power Failure

2)     Afterthe cargo leaves the loading port ,the Seller shall not be  liablefor any discrepancy of the goods  due  to  causes  for  which  theInsurance Company, Shipping Company,other transportation  organizationsand/or Post Office are liable.                        

3)      Damage caused by the wrong operation of theuser

4)      Improper power supply such as voltage,defective house wiring or inadequate fuses.

5)      Accident,alteration,abuse or misuse of theappliance such as inadequate air circulation in the room or abnormal operatingconitions, (extremely high or low room temperature).

6)      Fire,water damage,theft,war,riot,hostility,acts of God such as hurricances,floods etc.

Proof of purchasedate and product defect will be required for warrenty claims.
