Perspiration Tester (Model:SFT T5-5023)
Application
Perspiration Tester, to determinecolour fastness to water and perspiration of textiles. Specimens(fabric, yarn or fiber) in contact with multifibre fabric are treated in twodifferent solutions. One solution is acid and one solution is alkaline. Thespecimens are subsequently drained and placed under a specific load between theseparator plates. The units are placed in an oven for a pre-determined lengthof time, after which time the units are removed from the oven. The specimensare removed from the separator plates and placed in an oven/incubator to dryafter which they are assessed with grey scales.
