Application

IP5X Dust protected means to Ingress of dust is not entirelyprevented, but it must not enter in sufficient quantity to interfere with thesatisfactory operation of the equipment; complete protection against contact
IP6X Dust tight means to No ingress of dust; complete protection against contact
This productis applicable for the dust proof and resistant test of various auto componentsand parts including lamps, electric dust proof sheath, steering system and locketc.
Instrument
The SFT S21055 DustChamber, the test cabinet with funnel ismade of stainless steel, doors are made of glass. It stands on four heavy dutyscrew legs which enable leveling of chamber. Housing is made of steel sheet,structure lacquered.
The SFT S21055 DustChamber works by aconcentration of the sand and dust blower to promote a flow rate of blowing thesurface of the test sample, to evaluate the test sample (device) or fullyexposed to dust, sand dry atmospheric dust particles under the action ofosmotic effect defensive ability, defensive grit abrasive or blocking effect ofability and potential storage and the ability to run.

preheated to a stable state before the dust test isperformed. After the preheating time is completed, the dust test
will start automatically, so that it can becompleted directly in the sand and dust chamber at one time;
