Application
IPX8 IMMERSION TANK is intended for testing protection againstingress of water, IPX8 Immersionbeyond 1 m, and the equipment is suitable for continuous immersion in waterunder conditions which shall be specified by the manufacturer. Normally, thiswill mean that the equipment is hermetically sealed. However, with certaintypes of equipment, it can mean that water can enter but only in such a mannerthat it produces no harmful effects.
